Time of observation
Are the arrangements at 3.2.4(ii) and (iii) achievable with monitoring hardware in current use? What maximum interval under (iii)?

Should a minimum sample be stated in these requirements?
Plausibility controls
Is the 'physical interference' test capable of consistent application?
Data-availability thresholds
Are the default thresholds (90% / 80%, 12-month lookback) achievable across settings? When should a methodology set different thresholds?
Interim Issuance proportion
The proportion issued under the Interim Issuance Track (90%) and the reduction after an adverse Full Issuance finding.
Provider-VVB affiliation
The prohibition on affiliation between a recognised solution provider and an approved VVB. Is the definition right?
Interim period and site visits
Can a cycle longer than twelve months between physical site visits be supported with a conforming solution? What would be required?

Is the list of matters a validation/verification report must state complete? Should it be a checklist?
